Une typographie forte, droite, avec des empattements prononcés pour illustrer l’accompagnement, la stabilité.
Une palette de couleurs inspirée de l’univers de l’immobilier urbain (taupe et bleu/gris foncé), des espaces verts (vert clair) et deux touches de couleurs vives pour animer et faire ressortir les contenus (turquoise et rose).
Mise en forme en superpositions et imbrications de blocs, en référence aux plans immobiliers urbains où les bâtiments et espaces sont représentés en blocs (vue de dessus).

Strong, straight font, with prominent serifs to illustrate support and stability.
A color palette inspired by the urban real estate universe (taupe and dark blue/gray), green spaces (light green) and two touches of bright colors to liven up and bring out the content (turquoise and pink).
Construction in overlays and arranging of blocks, in reference to urban real estate plans where buildings and spaces are represented in blocks (top view).
principi del design/
Principio iconografico: ambiente urbano dove la giente è messa in risalto (ritratto, folla in movimento).
Font forte e lineare, con serif pronunciati per illustrare sostegno e stabilità.
Una palette colori ispirata dall’universo immibiliare urbano (grigio talpa e blu/grigio scuro), spazi verdi (verde chiaro) e due tocchi di colori vivaci per ravvivave e mettere in risalto il contenuto (turchese e rosa).
Costruzione in sovrapposizioni e organizzazione a blocchi, in riferimento ai piani immobiliari urbani dove gli edifici e spazi sono rappresentati a blocchi (vista dall’alto)
